To ensure your users benefit from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, we recommends that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.

You now need the .NET Framework 4.8 on the application server.

You only need the latest downloads for any component since they are cumulative.

Language-based app localization

The mobile app displays text based on the device’s language settings, providing a localized experience for international users.

Improvements and issues fixed

  • Smart building detection: When location permissions—including Precise Location—are enabled, Direct Spaces automatically selects the nearest building based on the user’s GPS location.

  • ERI room mailbox support for bookings: For rooms with an ERI mailbox, the room mailbox email address is now automatically added as an attendee when the booking is Exchange-enabled.

  • Editing bookings with ERI rooms: You can now edit locations in bookings associated with ERI‑enabled rooms.

  • Group identification icon: A new icon appears in the group selector to help users distinguish between:

    • Groups assigned directly to them.

    • Groups available through the Allow User to Add Groups permission in their Everyday User Security Template.

  • Attendee restrictions for non-Exchange templates: If a process template isn’t Exchange-enabled, you can no longer add attendees when creating a booking.
